I'm reminded of it every single day that i pass the crash site. His friends have made a mural for him and done so much but i would trade it all. About a month ago he was diagnosed with cancer. Quickly spreading, causing much pain and sickness It was God's will for him to leave our family at the age of 65. We are deeply saddened by this because we have 2young girls (2and 5) who will miss out on experiences with this wonderful man. We are rejoicing knowing he is with Jesus, pain free and with a healthy body. |

Ray and I lost our 19 year old son, Christian Oct. 26, 2011. It is a pain that only another parent whose lost a child could know. But this is not the end of the story. We know, as a strong believer in Christ, Christian is indeed with the Lord, safe and loved. We, as fellow believers can only look FORWARD to that awesome day when we will see him again in Heaven. Although the days are difficult, we are praising God that each day brings us one day closer to our glorious reunion with Christian! I wish you peace and pleasant memories as you wait for THAT day. |

Your son sounds like a wonderful person and it is such a tragedy that his life ended so soon. Second, I wanted to thank you for the scriptures you provided for those who are grieving. A friend of mine lost her 4 month old grandson a few days ago, and I could think of nothing to say that would bring comfort. The scriptures you provided are perfect. I came home and googled encouraging Scriptures after a death, which led me to your site. God bless you for sharing and inspiring others who have lost a loved one, or for people like me who are trying to encourage them through their loss. It is evident that you have allowed God to speak to you through HIs Word, and I pray He will continue to heal your heart, as He guides you forward. It flipped and they both lost there lives. Levi was just 15 and evan his friend 14. I know Levi is in heaven, but I wish I could take the pain from my brother. I can't imagine loosing a child. He was 16 years old six weeks away from his 17th birthday. There is times I feel people are forgetting Jose Roberto. You see them living there life and it is painful. I do believe he is with Jesus in Heaven and he was a follower of Jesus and the youth room at the church we attendee was named in his memory. That is a great joy. God bless. |

I really needed this today. I lost my Mom to cancer 2 yrs ago (on July 4th) and today a dear friend from church lost her husband unexpectedly. Coming up on the anniversary of Mom's passing is hard enough, but then to watch my friend go through such a tragedy just adds to it. I'm so sorry for the loss of your son James; however, he must be very proud of a Mom like you, who is using this experience to help others who are grieving. The Lord has also used my experience of losing my Mom to help other people with their losses as well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Perhaps we will meet in this life, but if not, I'll see you in heaven. :) |
